You see, I started my project by gathering together who I considered to be the “top” transformations. I’m talking about the core group of guys everyone is Googling and drooling over… and who built their bodies the fastest. Luckily I stumbled on a loophole in the way the body burns fat, and that turned into the Incline Cardio method. The truth is that this can hardly even be called “cardio”.

Without moving faster than a walking pace… and with no more than a 10 to 15 minute session every day… by taking advantage of this unique metabolic “window of opportunity” (hint: it’s not in the morning) you’ll directly burn more fat than any “traditional” form of cardio could ever provide, and because it’s so low intensity, you can do it every day for exponentially greater fat loss without interfering with the muscle growth process.
